Cultural pressure for others' expectations or the perfect body image damages millions of people. But deep down we know that just accepting status quo, isn't being your best self either. You know you can be stronger...you can be more. In Life Coaching we tackle the aspects of your life that you really want to move forward in. Wellbeing coaching is an extension of personal training that focuses more on the overall patterns of your life, so that being well is easy. It's a holistic approach: fitness, active healthy lifestyle, nutritional basics, how you balance your responsibilities and important goals. Coaching is available by phone or Skype where in-person meeting is not possible.
Not all the benefits of being around horses need to involve riding. Equine experiential learning can help with personal awareness and soft skill learning that transfers to the rest of your life. It does not need to include riding the horse- unless you want to. As a facilitator and coach I can facilitate personal learning and help you make connections between horse experience and life wellbeing. I can connect you if you need to work with a mental health professional with horses.
Although facilitated stretching is not massage or skeletal adjustment, clients report feeling deeply relaxed and straighter. This technique helps you get more deeply into muscle and ligament fibres than is possible with ordinary stretching. It can be done on competition day, or a day you are going to train.
